PK Data's liability is limited to purchase price paid for this software. In no event will PK Data or its distributors be responsible for any direct, indirect or consequential damages that arise from use of this software, or its failure to perform any of its intended functions.

LICENSE AGREEMENT: PK Data grants you the right to install and use this software on a single computer at a single location, and the right to make one backup copy for archival purposes. You may transfer this software to another computer provided that there is no possibility of the software being used in two places at the same time.

You may not rent or lease this software and you may not decompile or disassemble this software.
